Samsung Galaxy S8+, Google Pixel 3+, OnePlus 5+, Huawei P20+, and most devices from 2018 onwards work perfectly with our platform.

iPhone

iPhone 8 and newer models provide excellent performance. iPhone 6s and 7 series work but may experience slower loading on graphics-intensive games.

Tablets

iPad Air 2+, Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2019+, and most 10-inch tablets deliver great gaming experiences with larger screens and better battery life.

Game won't start or crashes immediately?

First, make sure you have enough storage space. Then try force-closing the app and reopening it. If problems persist, restart your device and check for app updates.

Graphics look blurry or pixelated?

This usually happens on older devices. Go to game settings and try lowering the graphics quality. Also ensure you're connected to a stable internet connection for proper asset loading.

Games loading very slowly?

Switch to WiFi if you're on mobile data, close background apps, and clear some storage space. Games load faster when your device has more available memory to work with.

Audio cutting out or delayed?

Check your device's audio settings and make sure no other apps are using audio. Bluetooth headphones can sometimes cause delays - try wired headphones or device speakers instead.
